Rubber Linings
Rubber Lining is the skilled application and bonding of rubber sheet to specially prepared surfaces. The rubber can be applied as either unvulcanised material which is then vulcanised and hot bonded – usually in a steam autoclave; or as pre vulcanised material which is cold bonded using two part adhesives. The fully bonded lining provides a durable and resilient protective rubber coating that will withstand very aggressive process conditions and applications.
Rubber linings for all types of process plant to provide chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, noise reduction, product protection etc. Soft and hard natural rubber ,ebonite , neoprene, epdm are the rubbers we use.
Pulley lagging & Rubber Lagging
Pulley lagging is the layer of material which is bonded to the shell of a conveyor pulley.
There are several different types of pulley lagging, such as plain rubber, grooved rubber and ceramic lagging. Each type of pulley lagging has different variations, specifications and are used for a variety of purposes.
Rubber is the most common type of pulley lagging. It is a relatively ‘soft’ material which offers good traction and is resilient to wear. Other functions include protection for the pulley shell and increased friction for conveyor belts.
